I did not think it could actually look like ... Look at the picture 4 of this slideshow . Remember that it is a poor fireman completely enveloped in flames on the ladder. But the fire ... can not fire look like that. As a special effects fire to the film. Crazy!

Wedding Powerpoint Sample

company tries to find some replacements after I resigned myself and another colleague resigned. Yesterday we had Four candidates scheduled for interviews and I was nice enough to participate in order to evaluate technical subjects.
It's fun to sit on the other hand, I had spent a lot of time with colleagues and friends discuss the good technical questions to ask and information for them to solve. Nothing difficult or tricky, just plain easier things that they should all be able to solve at least large parts of their background as they claimed.
first The nervous.
It must be hard to go on an interview and be super nervous, it gives a correct impression stressed. And I suspect that it does not feel better when you can not answer as to what it is for the service you are looking for, not something about the company you are looking for and the icing on the cake does not have any personal questions. It presents itself not specifically prepared. When one says that it has a home and girlfriend in another city, quite a few mil off and the question "Do you not work there then?" answer: "Yes ... But really, there is not such a funny job there." it feels a bit questionable, especially as the second city happens to be Sweden's second largest ... That one then has been studying for 10 years and says it has completed a Master's thesis which is not even registered at the university at checking .. yes ... darkness.
second Ghost.
seem good on paper. Sent an email in the morning to recruitment company with a question if it was possible to change the time, without justification. Got the answer is no. Never showed up. Did not answer the phone. Did not such a positive impression.
third The handsome.
The CV was something that really seemed to me, could not quite place it. But did a very good impression on the interview. Knowledgeable. Technically good. But backslick. I have to try to get past my problems with people who have such a hairstyle. The guy seemed like a great candidate simply. The guy was quite similar to myself and add humor, which means att jag inte kan låta bli att gilla honom.
4. Munlädret
Tekniskt svag på vårt område. Gillade en utmaning men fick klara problem när jag bad honom lösa en programmerings uppgift på whiteboarden. Ville inte skriva den i något av de programmeringsspråk som han hävdade sig kunna utan valde att skriva den i pseudokod. Ställde bra frågor. Kunde resonera bra. En hal kille, svårt att avgöra vad han var värd. Lång konsulterfarenhet. Svårt svårt.

Min kära är mammaledig and at home with our little gullis, then you get money from the Social Insurance. they seem to have a little bit difficult to register because we want to have money in an account and not on a note every month.

There is an international competition in the smart stickers. International Sticker Awards . Where stickers that are pasted and photographed competing from around the world. 2005 began and the contest is also documented in book form ( Books no picture, unfortunately, better then buying it from Underground Productions that have image but is 50 SEK more expensive); you get the little stickers and then of course there are hundreds of photos of the various stickers that participated. One can of course see them on the awards stand with the website.
I got the fine book by my sister as a present, along with two movies that I really look forward to seeing but I have not had time yet to check out.
Who is Bozo Texino and the acclaimed Dogtown and Zboys . Reviews come when I had time to see them.

My current company I work for is a bit of fun. Imagine that all staff are complaining about everything related to staff welfare and extraperks, nothing happens and no additional cookies or kick or anything at all. Everyone is entitled whining.
wonder why one of the senior management suddenly discover that you have a lot of money to hand out in bonuses to employees, that is where the bonus program is started in early 2006 that it has stopped reporting in March 2006 when there seemed to be falling out has hit the jackpot.
How should you then milk the most out of this, now they have of course chance to show that it actually does something for their employees was that the staff has done a great job and you shall receive a bonus for this. Not so small gift either (I had to say 50% of the monthly salary extra, and it's pretty okay compared to $ 0).
One could have a meeting and presentation of this surprisingly funny gift. Or maybe you can report it at monthly meetings in late 2006 when it should have been obvious already. So people got excited and He worked at a little more. Or one can atleast send out an e-mail with a little pat on the back and see-so-cool-we-e snack in.
Or you can do not say something and just write a series of lönespecen, "Bonus", and then no more. It was iallafal the way my company did.
Today we sat all and was very happy that we got a fat bonus, but we also sat and wondered that it did not take this opportunity to milk some extra points to management.
Luckily it was handed out before I could quit my job, my colleague who finished in the week before last, no, because he is not employed when it is shared out .. bitter? Hehe ... : P
