Today is the last day at my job. Then it's vacation rest of the month. May 2 start new job.

Computer, cards, phone and keys shall be submitted today. Almost a bit like leaving the gun and the washer in a police series ... But I is not Ok, and shouting: "Just give me 24 hours the boss! I'll Prove he's the killer!"

Open Letter to Telia ang their "customer service"

I just wonder why your customer service phone is so unstable?

I have made 6 calls last two weeks as described below.

1: Alert and queue for 30 minutes to ask about why my landline is not moved. Someone answers, I hear how the handset is lifted, but no one says anything. A murmur of people talking sounds. 10 seconds with no response to my "Hello?" to add the hook.

2: Calling back and have to queue for 20 minutes. A person responds very snooty that I should understand that the insertion date on the web when you order has no more real opportunities to do. In addition, there are no records of any transfer of my number. I have a confirmation e-mail but it does not matter. She offers me to create a mobile phone of the case but now at full price, is $ 100 cheaper if you do it via the web. 3: Calling the day after and waiting 20 minutes to speak to a new person on the phone is not working yet. 5: Calling the next day to see if you know more. Start talking to a guy who after 15 seconds add the middle of a sentence.

6: Calling again. Do know that my stuff is packed and headed to the post. Should arrive within days. I wonder why no information is on this. Learns that "you can not send out letters to thousands of people" (villket contradicts call two where it was claimed that it always was informed of the delays of deliveries). I try with that one might be able to send out information by e-mail. But know that it's pointless IOM that it is switching on the internet that causes trouble so I can not receive e-mail. Trying to explain that it goes pretty well if you read their mail elsewhere. Do know that I should be glad that the delay is only a week and "bye" click.

your call center people seem uninformed, and are unpleasant (call 3 excluded). I suspect that they measured the number of calls per hour because they are always trying to push on to shorten the call or just hang up my in.
